Best Strategy for T2/T3 Mana Stones

What is the best strategy for T2/T3 mana stones for a SpellSinger? I was planning on going with 3 blizzard and 2 ice spear mana stones which would give me 75% and 50% chance for extra damage. Ive seen a few people that appear to be stacking Flame Strike. It might be that it’s just what they had available.10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 hotmail.com
