It will take about 30 minutes. hi Yanessa, i open a tickets 16 days ago..but no1 answer anymore.. as i said in ticket i donated and buyed 200 taro and i didint get the item..i see no1 of you cares about ppl who suport the server.. ppl need to wait 1-2 monts to get the item what they buy with real money from donation..you told me ticket take 1-7 days.. pass 16 days and no1 answer.. no1 can tell me notting? Sorry for the waiting, there are a lot of tickets with logs checking now, that`s why time of processing can be more than 1-7 days.
