Rules of the server 1. The rights and duties of the parties 1.1. This server is a free server. Accordingly, the administration deals with it exclusively on their own resources and exclusively at own will. 1.2. Lack of knowledge about rules is no excuse for their breach. When you confirm the registration on the server, you automatically agree with the general rules of the project. 1.3. Maintain server’s working condition is not a priority for the administration. 1.4. The administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to play on the server of a specific person or group of persons. 1.5. Administration reserves the right terminate access to the server to a specific user or subnet as a whole at any time without giving explanation. 1.6. The administration is not obliged to return any items, accounts, characters or their parameters that were lost by players for any possible reason. 1.7. When server crashes, the Administration shall take the necessary steps to improve its working condition in the shortest possible time. 1.8. Players must comply the demands of the Administration and regulations of this agreement. 1.9. All responsibility is on the account owner, regardless who is committed the action using his/her account. 1.10. All players ought to monitor themselves a software prohibited by the rules of paragraph 3.1 on computers that access the game servers. 1.11. The service user has the right to make a complaint on the e-mail address by providing evidence of violations (screenshots, videos) when other players violate these rules against this user. 1.12. Accounts and all their contents are the property of the server administration. 2. Interaction with the Server Administration (all groups and subgroups) 2.1. It is forbidden to access the Server Administration unless extreme necessity. Any appeal to the Administration must contain a clear statement of the player’s problem or the question regarding exactly the server (Server Administration reserves the right not to answer questions). Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration. 2.2. Disrespect to the Server Administration is forbidden. Punishment: from blocking chat for 24 hours to blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 2.3. Threats of any kind against the Server Administration at the forum and in the game is forbidden (for this purpose is proposed to use the PM in the game, the PM on the forum or e-mail). Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 2.4. It is forbidden to interfere in the work of the Administration. Punishment: from character blocking for a day to blocking of all accounts of the breaker. 2.5. It is forbidden to wrangling and contesting of actions of the Administration. Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration. 2.6. It is forbidden to cheat on the Administration. Punishment: from blocking on a day to blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 2.7. It is forbidden to publish conversations with the Administration or its content without prior coordination. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 2.8. It is forbidden to discuss the penalty imposed by the Administration. Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration. 2.9. The administration does not interfere with gameplay, except for cases of violation of the rules, doing the planned activities and ongoing work. 2.10. It is forbidden to spread rumors and slander about the server and the Administration. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 3. Using programs, gameplay 3.1. It is forbidden to use programs that simulate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software (also forbidden to keep running these programs when you play on the server). By such ones mean the programs change the client or its substitute and modifying or facilitate the gameplay by non-play methods. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 3.2. Unapproved access to someone else's gaming account is forbidden. Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 3.3. It is forbidden to threat other players, if the threat is not part of role-play. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 3.4. It is forbidden to send in common chat messages that infringe the laws of the Russian Federation. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 3.5. It is forbidden to sell or buy any game items (adena, kinar, gold, weapons, armor, resources, etc) for the real money, as well as equal to them "electronic payment funds" (WebMoney, YandexDengi, etc.). Sale of game characters and (or) accounts is forbidden for any non-gaming value. It is forbidden to mention or to conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, on the forum, as well as on a third-party resources. Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 3.6. It is forbidden to exchange between servers any game items (adena, kinah, gold, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). Exchange game characters and (or) accounts is forbidden in any form, including within a single server. It is forbidden to mention or to conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, on the forum, as well as to third-party resources. Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 3.7. It is forbidden to directly or indirectly advertise other online games, any other foreign projects. Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 3.8. It is forbidden to publish the contents of a private conversations (in private) with anyone without the prior approval (exception is reporting about violation of the rules by another player). Punishment: from blocking chat for 24 hours to blocking of all accounts on the forum and server. 3.9. It is forbidden to directly or indirectly advertise sexual services and/or materials of erotic (pornographic) kind. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 3.10. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism is forbidden. Punishment: blocking of all breaker’s accounts. 4. The use of server errors (bugs) 4.1. It is forbidden to use server errors (bugs). Punishment: at the discretion of the Administration. 4.2. If you find a server error (bug), you must report it to any member of the Administration. 5. Communication, naming 5.1. It is strictly forbidden to use foul language and insulting of the players in the game and on the forum. 5.2. Clan names, abbreviations of clans, character names, titles, insulting other players or simply containing vulgar language are unacceptable. 5.3. When you create a character name it must not contain the reserved words: GM, Administrator and the names of the representatives of the Administration, previously used and the present. 5.4. It is forbidden to give yourself out as the Administration or representative of the Administration. Punishment: blocking of all accounts of the breaker on forum and server. 6. Addition of the rules 6.1. These rules may be supplemented without notice. 6.2. The administration has the right to choose the punishment, based on the situation of violation of these rules. The punishment may be lowered or increased.

This forum is a place of a free communication, and we follow the principle of keeping civility of this communication. All of the following is forbidden: Vulgar language, offensive remarks about other people, baiting people. Instigating and provocation of quarrels, curses, etc. Pointlessness flood, when the person is CONSTANTLY observed in all topics one by one. Hating, when excessively angry statements with anger in the first place, and the meaning, logic and arguments in the second place, when someone expresses with a purpose to splash out anger, ignoring the fact that it is unpleasant to others and causes inconvenience to the people, parties or discussed games. Such kind of positions are prohibited. Publication on forum the materials that contain porn, nudity, violence, BDSM or simply causing strong negative emotions. Promotion of violence, fascism, incitement of ethnic hatred. Promotion and stories of any drug in any form. Creation of forum accounts that duplicate the existing user forum. Creation of forum accounts with abusive or just rude words or hints of harsh words. Create multiple forum accounts for trade in trade-sections. Do not publish referral links. Forbidden publication of the materials and links related to the crack, warez, bots, exploits and other things that can be attributed to cheating or violation of the players’ rights and developers/publishers of games and other software, or violate existing law. Commercial advertising and actions contrary to the interests of the forum administration. Hype of any projects in posts and signatures Nekroposting (raising very old topics) are not welcome. Pointless nekroposting of several topics is forbidden. The nekroposting in the news sections is strictly forbidden. Raising the old theme with a purpose to ask a reasonable question on the topic of discussion is allowed (but not to the flood-topics). Publication of a private information and photos/pictures without the direct permission of the owner’s private information and the person depicted in a photo/picture. Publish information from private sources, not involving the distribution of that information. Avatars and signatures, which represent scenes of violence, cruelty, promotion of the prohibited materials. Causes severe negative emotions, too big, garish, intrusive images and text also are forbidden. Dispute or abuse with moderator/administrator in open sections about his/her professional activities (namely moderation). It does not concern disputes, when the moderator participates in a discussion not relating to their professional duties. Create and use a new forum account of blocked user. The main language spoken in this forum is Russian (except the English section). All messages in the public sections should be written in Russian (English). If you do not know the language, then use online translators. Breaking the forum rules you will get penalty points (for 30 days). The list of the penalties: Up to 25 - no violations 25 - Read-only (for three days) 50 - Read-only (seven days) 75 - Block access to the site (for three days) 100 - Block access to the site (for seven days) 1000 - Block access to the site (permanently)
