Premium disappeared / Anakim agathion bug

So I came back to server 3 days ago and bought 1 month of premium but today after logging in my 1 month premium seems to have expired just after 3 days. Also my anakim agathion stopped working for some reason (doesn't provide exp buff skill when summoned).

It's possible only if you bought 3 dats premium rather than 1 month. Write to support for information and solving your problem.
