Shiny Elemental Shirt Exchange Stone

Simple, how to obtain it?

 

I asked to the support and the support told me to ask here in the forum so.... well

As far as I know, it doesn't work on english client. 

For the russian option, you need 1 shirt ( eva,pa'agrio,maphr, sayha ) +7 , then go on Fantasy Island, to Paddy npc and exchange shirt +7 for a stone.

So it is something i cant do in the server or i do need to download the russian version of the client?

I know a clan member ( non -russian ) that after he installed the russian client managed to make the shiny shirt.

I have Eva's Shirt +7 ! what do i need to do on fantasy isle to get shiny stone?

Well, you need to go to fantasy island and talk to Paddy and exchange your shirt for a shiny stone. But I don't know if they fixed the problem with the npc on the english client.

I did it but not happens =s, no stone , no shirt..... i click in options to exchange shirt+7 to stone but still shirt at my bag and no1 stone '0'
